Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our mobile beauty services at ABIE MAE BEAUTY. We strive to provide exceptional beauty experiences to our valued customers in Las Vegas and surrounding states. We understand that sometimes situations may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please take a moment to review our return and refund policy outlined below.

Deposits:

1. A nonrefundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment slot. This deposit will be deducted from the total service cost.

Cancellation Policy:

2. For cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, we will refund the full amount paid, including the deposit.

3. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the full payment for the service(s) will be due and nonrefundable. This includes the nonrefundable deposit of $50.

Refunds:

4. We do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided.

5. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment to discuss your concerns. We will make every effort to address any issues and find a suitable resolution.

6. Refunds or compensation for unsatisfactory services will be handled on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of [Company Name]. We may offer a refund, partial refund, or credit towards future services, depending on the circumstances.

Rescheduling:

7. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible, preferably with at least 48 hours' notice. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time.

8. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment, the full payment for the service(s) will still be due and nonrefundable.

Changes to Appointments:
