Your glam session is officially locked in. From this moment on, we’ve got you covered — with style, precision, and care.
⏱ Arrival & Setup
Your artist will arrive 15 minutes early to prep and ensure you get the most out of your session. Each service typically lasts one hour.
👯 Group Services
For large groups, multiple artists will be assigned to keep things under 3 hours. Artists arrive together and meet you at the elevator or lobby. At-home or office? Text us any gate or parking info to pass along.
🚪 Access Info
If your location requires access or entry codes, please be prepared — your artist will text you if assistance is needed upon arrival.
💳 Payment Details
Once your services are complete, the remaining balance (after your 40% deposit) is due. Credit card payments include a 5% processing fee — Venmo or cash helps avoid that.
🚗 Parking Notes
During busy days or large events, parking may cost up to $100 per artist — though it’s usually around $18–$20. Appointments with fewer than 3 services typically don’t require parking fees.
🎄 Holiday Fees
A holiday fee may be applied on select holidays, ranging from $25 to $100.
💌 Gratuity
Tipping is never required — but always appreciated. Your artist will be thrilled to know you loved your experience.
